Hey there.

So i haven’t posted in a while…

um let’s see… another EDGE retreat a couple weeks ago (i’m too lazy to do a full post about it like i did last time), um LOS is amazing still, i have a new voice teacher, choir’s going pretty good, pianos still awesome, dance and acting – i can’t wait to move up in acting, oh and i got a call back for the school musical.  TONS of new quotes… i’ll add those later…

school’s going pretty good… tons of tests and projects & stuff, and a chorus concert on thursday…

Halloween is coming up! I’ve been stumped for a costume until a few days ago, when, for some unknown reason, I decided that I am being Jesus for Halloween. I guess, in part, I was inspired by the fact that we learned that Halloween is a Christian holiday at the EDGE retreat. Anyway, it’s gonna be pretty cool. What are you all being for Halloween (COMMENT)?

Oh and I still haven’t posted the pictures from Florida, but they will be here eventually.

Also, some corrections from the last post. Sr. Co. has 15 people – not 17. And the school musical is Into the Woods.

First week of SENIOR COMPANY was last week!!!!!!!!!!! And there’s only 17 people, so it’s gonna be awesome!!!!!!!

They still haven’t decided what the school musical is gonna be yet. I really want to know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Hey hey hey

So tomorrow starts the second full week of school… so far school is going pretty well

THE PICTURES ARE HERE!!!!!!!!!!! I finally got the pictures back from Florida – I just have to put them on the computer.

I missed the LOS audition cuz I was sick… that really ticked me off. but acting and dance start this week

 

Myrtle Beach was fun.

So last weekend our chorus went to Myrtle Beach and we won a bunch of awards. It was pretty fun. If I had to pick the 2 best moments, they would be: Andrew asking if anyone was in art, and Ben becoming a merman.

So yeah we finished Great Debates, so now nobody knows what to do with their life anymore. jk lol

LOS showcase is next Monday. I’m totally psyched. We had our in-class acting show this morning. My partner and I failed. Big time. I’ve been very pleased with my evaluation sheets so far (one left to receive – LOS). My dance teacher put Senior Co. on my recommendations for classes next semester and that makes me very happy. And of course acting she said I should stay in the class I’m in unless my birthday comes before next semester (which it doesn’t.)

A few days ago my dad had surgery on his elbow and so his whole left arm is in a sling, and since my mom is at a soccer tourney with my sister and one of my brothers, my other brother and I have been helping him with stuff. It’s very weird for me, and I’m glad my mom’s coming home tomorrow night. (not that I don’t like my dad and my brother…)

 

Yesterday was fun

So I started off the day by driving all the way to the theater where we had try outs for Company. I didn’t think I would make it, but I did. First practice is on Tuesday. Then, our rec team had our first game. We won 13-10, and I scored. I ended the day with an AMAZING Epiphany Concert. Sure it ended at 10:30, but it was worth it.

Okay so Kai forced me to post a couple times on OffTopic, I decided to post on here.

I GOT A PHONE FOR CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!

teen choir sang on Christmas Eve… 5pm Mass, but we started singing at 4:30 so we had to be there at like 4… Lizzie, Benita, and Brad had solos. They were amazing.

Basketball’s same as ever…

LOS/Acting/Dance are done for now but I’m trying out for LOS Co. in January (same day as Epiphany Concert for choir!!!!! and day after Homecoming!!!!!). I was going to try out for Dance Co., but practices are the same night & time as choir, and I’m not allowed to quit choir.

Piano’s good…

Voice is good…
