So yesterday I ran on the elliptical machine for 30 minutes and burned about 223 calories. Today, I’m hoping to improve that. Basically, the rest of my family is going to the pool, and since I spent all day there yesterday, I’m going to run until they get back. So I should be running for at least an hour. Originally, I was going to go with them, so I’m in my swimsuit. I think I’ll keep it on while I’m running as a motivation that I want to look good in a swimsuit by the end of the summer.
Eliminating junk food hasn’t been as successful as I’d hoped it would be, but I have cut down on it a lot. Hopefully once I start seeing results I’ll be more motivated to stop myself from eating stuff I know I shouldn’t be eating.
Well, I just heard the door shut, so I should probably get started with my running.
